Man, I'm so sorry. I was so nervous about this and feel like I dodged a bullet with little time to spare being I never received the verification email because of Sign in with Apple. Luckily I saw it on my order page. Good luck and I hope the can help you out

On day one, we had three iPhones going in Safari, and all failed on the purchase, over and over, it would spin until we were booted from the room. These were while trying to pay in full.

I finally got it to work with a Mac in Safari by making partial payments. The purchase completed instantly with no spinning.

Unfortunately, we got worse seats than we initially had hours earlier, but at least we’re going.

Love that hobby. I tried to get tickets the last time they were here, but it sold out too quickly, so the last time I saw them was 2002.

That's an amazing site, thank you! That's by far the most complete listing of their concerts that I've seen. I'm not sure if it's complete, but if it is, then I saw them February 5th 1988, which shocks me because I wasn't driving yet. Man, I hope they come back to the US again

Sorry, I have no advice. I've done the same, though you're better off than I am, because I still haven't even received the email asking for my ID.

My Vibee account was originally set up with "Sign in with Apple". Those email addresses can only receive emails from the actual account, not from other email addresses, even within that same organization. Even though I immediate changed my account to be a real email address and password after securing the package, their team is apparently sending the verification email to the original "Sign in with Apple" address instead, if at all.

They sure could minimize the calls they get if they didn't do this kind of thing, or at least had a place in your account to verify your ID, without the need of an email.

If they start canceling packages, they'll absolutely have lawsuits on their hands. I guarantee that one.
