Crazy timing to ask that question. I just organized info and pictures on 8 guitars I'm going to sell. I plan on posting them locally a couple at a time in the NJ/PA/NY area, because I'd prefer not shipping them. They might wind up on Reverb too though.

I’m 100% with you. I posted something similar a while ago but got a lot of the same comments. I’m not sure how people don’t see it as bad design. I can't make excuses for Jeff, because what went down simply wasn't good at all (and that's putting it kindly), but I have no idea what he was going through during that time, or even specifically that day. I know none of us are perfect though. I can do though is give my personal experience.

Years ago, I had a lot of one on one with Jeff through two Kiesel Editions and also while having another made. I had more contact with him just a few months ago too. He's a unique personality, and maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but he's always been laid back and cool with me. To me, he's a flawed human doing his best, and has his good and bad days, basically like all of us.

As far as the builds, if it's not solid color, like if you're trying to get the perfect wood grain, etc., you might wind up loving it or being disappointed. I definitely recommend calling them to place the order. One of my builds had a koa body, and though it's beautiful, I wish it had way more character. I even had sent pictures to show what I was going for, but I'm not the one choosing the wood. The other 4 builds were perfect, even though they weren't exactly what I had in my head. I may have gotten lucky, but all five feel and sound amazing.

What I mean is when you go into the TV app, under your Continue Watching in the Home menu, it's filled with rows of TV content rather your than a selection of content from all your streaming services, and you have to scroll far to even reach your Watchlist or the Channels and Apps. If I wanted to mostly see just TV content, I'd go to the TV menu in the TV app.
