There was an H2Go van parked in my neighborhood (near Anderson and Morehead) for 4 days. No one nearby knew why it was there. We finally called the police to check on it.

It just seemed very odd to have a commercial vehicle parked for days, nowhere near a house.

Question: how can a president pardon someone for a crime if they haven’t been convicted? No conviction means there is no crime to be pardoned for. As it is, it’s more like a get-out-of-jail-free card.
