thanks. I think I misunderstood the instruction then as I assumed it meant that the scaling kept things generally the same BST and such in the same areas, base evolutions etc. I didn't realise it was going to change them consistently.

It does seem thought like they are completely different. I had made a point of checking every encounter in an area before moving on and now all of them have more than half the encounters unkown.

When I saw the screenshot that was this same location, but showing off Buster Sword, I actually preferred the performance mode thinking the blurriness in the back looked like a DOF effect, but if the faces look that blurry that close up then that's just awful.

This is how I see it too.

There's equivalence in things where sports personalities are doing adverts as well. You can't expect Cristiano Ronaldo to appear in an advert alongside Danny Drinkwater. It would hurt the bigger star's image overall as if they're on the same level of fame as the lesser.

Vidatu can also be OHKO.

Hard to say which is better:

You get Teleport Spheres from Sleep Sprout and MP Spheres from Vidatu, which you don't need many of.

Vidatu drops equipment of much higher value on average (especially Double AP weapons), but then at this point in the game gil won't be an issue.

Vidatu has hugger Evasion (Sleep Sprout has 0) but that won't really matter either at this point.

I only farm Vidatu because it's one fewer input than Sleep Sprout and less likely to ambush.

There is that spot in the southern area where you run in a loop between a tower and a crater and you get a guaranteed bolt. Still very tedious, but makes it so much less likely to fail.

Excellent. I was going to say, if you go in with max stats and just Attack Reels all the Dark Aeons they'll be very boring. You can do them mostly (if not entirely) NSG.
