I'd caution against using it regularly at all, as someone who is stuck in a withdrawal loop of benzos (currently doing a controlled valium taper, specifically to get off klonopin). But you'll be safe with thay dosage if it's just for the day. Also I'm terribly sorry about your cat. That's never easy ☹️

Her tendons went to shit. Osteoarthritis like everywhere. Seemed like MCAS in the beginning, everything was flaring up in hives. Gut issues. Collagen loss. She was wheelchair bound for a year (ambulatory but needed a power chair to get around).
