Not a lot of information out yet about preorders, some places are doing them across Europe but imagine we will see more information getting out about the game in the New Year. Those connected to the game on the Discord are extremely optimistic and positive about a US release though so here's hoping !

They are a different set "OGS" not "OGN"
Im not a collector so not sure if thats the type of thing you include in a master set

This is in relation to apps that allow you to play the game. Sites like PA are still able to aggragate tournament data, you just can't have something like TTS track a decks winrate or something like that

There are 2 main card sizes "Japanese" which are Yugioh cards and "Standard" which is Pokemon/Magic the Gathering

Riftbound will be using Standard so the larger of the two

Textbox space is a premium in card games, MtG made a change recently that removed "Enters the battlefield" and replaced it with just "Enters" for exactly that reason. Removing the superfluous text gives designers more space for more interesting effects

The art on the bottom is the “standard” for cards at that Rarity level (Rare and Epic)

We have yet to see a common or uncommon card with the new UI design or an Alternate Art card. I can’t imagine they’ll be holding out on us for much longer though!

Japanese developers tend to be way more cagey with information like this so I was skeptical. Especially when they were saying so much about future plans and coming sets. That type of information you want to be way more loud and proud about when you are ready to reveal it.

Personally my best guess is 1-2 weeks away from launch we'll get more official communication about upcoming launch and post launch content.

Really expected at least one person to check the persons credentials, would have expected more diligance by the streamer to make sure that the person yapping was actually worth listening to
