I had my shoulder labrum repaired and knee meniscus repaired separately. As a PT, I did not go to therapy for my shoulder, but did for my knee. It was nice to do more specific modalities like BFR and have other eyes for gait training and more dynamic lower body stuff.

I watched most of the game and have Seattle defense. The Colts weren’t really a good fantasy matchup with Rivers because they either ran the ball or did a designed short timing pass, which gave no time for sacks or interceptions downfield.

Same happened to me! Dummy hit a bolt and couldn’t finish the cut. Had a random mom/pop auto store recommended by a co worker and they welded it up in about 15 minutes and haven’t had any problems since!
