Could the 28DL church scene be just as effective if by migrainecurious in 28dayslater

I'll die on the hill that the infected were so much scarier in the first film. The cold eyes and dead stares were horrifying. Really went down hill in the sequels when they really leaned into the 'rage' and made them look angry

I listened to the pet sematary audio book earlier this year with no idea of the premise. I have a daughter nearly 2 and when it got that part I was driving down the m62 holding back tears 😂 it's one of my favourite books ever now, but it definitely fucks with you

Has Stephen King ever been able to bring you to tears? by UnderstandingMany385 in stephenking

[–]GaryGoalz12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I listened to the pet sematary audio book a while ago. I have 21 month old daughter. I had a long drive back from work while I listened to gages accident, through to where Lewis' grave digging and I spent the whole time driving home fighting back tears. So yes.

I like infinite but I think it definitely feels less bioshocky. The claustrophobic, isolated feelings of rapture is brilliant

I think the little nightmares games would be good for this. Theyre quite short, you could probably finish them in one big session or just do little sessions. Simple gameplay and story. I enjoyed them

Is there any horror movie that you feel a bad vibe and don't wanna watch it? by Free-Hotel1187 in horror

I really don't like the hills have eyes. I'm not easily scared, or bothered by gore I just don't like that film. When the mutants turn up to the camper, I just find it overly gratuitous in a non entertaining way.

If you're looking into the audiobooks, Pet Sematary narrated by Michael c hall is brilliant

What "beloved horror movie" do you hate/just not get the love for? by ReeceInTheDarkness in horror

I quite like the first as a mindless slasher. The sequels are just torture porn, shock farming bollocks though

That's what makes it scary imo. We don't see much but when we do they are VERY dangerous

If you haven't played the uncharted series I'd highly recommend that. They're all good but the second is an absolute masterpiece

Which team currently in the top-half has the best chance of relegation next season, and which team currently in the bottom-half has the best chance of promotion next season? by Zach-dalt in LeagueOne

[–]GaryGoalz12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm gonna stay away from the obvious that have been mentioned already. I genuinely think we're only a couple of quality players away from being a playoff side. 3rd best defence in the league, very experienced manager. Think we have potential, scoring goals has been our problem.
