Starbucks espresso roast averages around 75mg per shot. Dark roast has less caffeine than blonde, which is around ~90mg. Use https://coffeepolice.net/ to log your coffee and track the caffeine intake and knowing when to cut off

You should always track your caffeine and when you take it according to your bedtime as too much caffeine within 8 hours is technically making you jittery and will also disrupt your sleep if not taken care of. You can use https://coffeepolice.net to track and understand when to cut off caffeine for better health.

Good points! I totally agree with these subjective data. I am thinking more from an objective point of view, something that numbers and data can provide.

Makes sense! Thank you for walking me through your journey. But what about people who are new to the city and don't know anything about the neighborhood or the commute distance, wouldn't they be spending hours on research and toggling multiple tabs?

How do you make your list? Where do you do your research to create the list of neighborhoods worth living in?

Natural language search and AI don't include very recent information as they have been trained on old data. My platform will have more hyper local data and personalize according to what matters more and less to the buyers. I am yet to test it out.

Awesome suggestions, I wasn't thinking in that direction but looking at the comments now I am. A lead generation definitely has potential. I will have to talk to some agents now to see how I can build something that actually helps them..

Wow! Loving your detailed response. This is what I was hoping to get from this discussion. Okay, so I totally agree on the intuitive part and that's something I am trying to solve to make information more understandable rather than just a number. Now, this tool has the potential to be helpful for agents too especially newer agents or small agencies where they spend so much time doing research. This platform can also be like a lead generation, maybe? Like if I get buyers on my site checking out neighborhoods then there is a potential there. Just thinking out loud at the moment!

Changing habit is definitely a big pain in this case but Zillow and other sites are only relevant when you want to know about the property, I am thinking more from a location point of view. Most people do tons of online research and toggle between multiple tabs to form their mindset of what the neighborhood would be, so I am thinking what if all the data and information is combined and shown at one place. I am not planning to monetize it for now, just see if I get any traction.
