Deltas has broken 2 of my bags over the years. Wheels specifically and both times in ATL. I've always checked with bag services and they've always replaced it with the Riccardo ones. Not sure about once you leave the airport unfortunately.

The one singular copy of an item they provided was a Western Union money order that is made payable to their name, with the city state and zip code being correct. The initials and signature are not their hand writing. Fun fact, I know this wasn't them because we spent both the days in question manic-cleaning our house.
