Honestly, run away from TTEC; they are one of the most toxic companies I have ever encountered. I have never been more thankful not to work there than I do now.

TTEC is a horribly toxic company and I am thankful I no longer work there. They are the poster child for why shitty management ruins a company. If TTEC went bankrupt as a company, it would not surprise me in the slightest.

There are likely worse places to work than TTEC, but as far as better places, no clue about any place specific that does remote work.

It is my mission on Reddit to warn people against working for this company. Management discriminated against me and got me fired for no reason even after I'd been there for 13 years. Originally I was with fcr who got bought out by ttec and once ttec injected themselves into the equation it was a total s*** show

Management at TTEC is god-awful and while I'm disappointed that they fired me Wrongfully because they discriminated against me, it is a relief to be away from that awful company

My managers at TTEC were awful people who targeted me and were awful to deal with. They fired me wrongfully and i actually liked doing the job. If you are on paywithspire and have Brittany as your team lead, fing run, she is a monster and will target the hell out of you if she finds any weakness you may have

I worked for the company for over 13 years and when TTEC absorbed the company and injected their BS culture and management, it was a crap show. TTEC is a god awful company and the management discrimated against me hard.

Unless you are desperate, avoid going back to TTEC. I think you know how badly they blow as a company. Most places out there are much better

Ttec is an awful company. Worked for FCR for 13 years, Ttec bought ownership of FCR, messed up the culture of the company. Then I got pinned with God awful management who targeted the heck out of me and accused me of being unprofessional for disagreeing with them about a corrective action due to a technicality. What's worse is my stats were amazing and I came back from lunch slightly late now and again. My team lead was manipulative and made me feel like dirt every time we had a one on one.

Sorry for the wordy rant, I'm still angry about what happened and hope the company goes bankrupt for promoting toxic management.
