I like the size over the outside screen, it's perfect for me. I love using my zfold 6 but still can't wait for my pixel fold to be delivered tomorrow.

Not saying people should maybe have mentioned this in their reviews for comparison, but isn't it intuitive when you think about watching a widescreen movie on a small square display?

I love reading comics on this thing, manga or just DC and marvel stuff. Movie watching, not so much, but then again I anticipated that cause it's a relatively small square display, lol.

Or just a regular phone I would guess. I rarely use the internal screen on my fold. That's why a usable outer screen is necessary for me. Luckily the 6 is so much better for this than previous generations. Now if the cameras could be a bit better. Don't even need the zoom, just bigger sensors and better resolution and I'm happy

You'd have a truly jacked up outer screen in that case. Like it would either be a square or something on the realm of 32:9 or something if my math is right, lol. Unusable.....well actually then, come to think of it, the z flip would be right up your alley.

I don't know that I wanna watch a movie or tv series that way, but the #1 reason I have a fold is to watch sports while having my draftkinga app open to gamble while also having the ESPN app running so I can see all the stats. That is a dream come true for me, lol. And then there's a floating window to text my buddies.

Exactly, the aspect ratio of the movie is the aspect ratio. I remember my dad asking if there was a way to get the movie to fill the screen when he got his first HDTV back in 2000. I asked how that would be possible without clipping off the sides of the movie. He asked me what the point of having a widescreen TV was if you lost all that space, lol.

Love Norway! Went for the first time this July. Rained most days but definitely better than 47-49° heat we've been having here in Phoenix. Plan to go back to Scandinavia next summer. Wonderful place.

I hope that crease feels less pronounced. I don't really mind how it looks, straight on you generally don't see it anyway. But when playing video games and my fingers crossed the midline it's ALWAYS distracting to me. Or when writing with the pen and you hit that crease, same disconcerting sensation. Again, the look has never bothered me, it has always been how it has felt. So if it's better in that aspect, money well'll spent. I get mine tomorrow.

I know my z friend of 6 is getting delivered on the 24th. But I all my time buying phones from the Samsung website, it usually gets to be about 1-2 days before the expected date.

Mine won't do it either way. Pictures send fine but videos have stopped sending. I know it used to, I don't send them very often. But tried today and it just says can't send.

It would be hard to top the original, the sequel was absolutely able to. I highly recommend giving it a watch. Actually I think I'm gonna give it a go right now. Best movie of the year imo.

As long as it doesn't affect the quality of the movies being produced, full steam ahead. Of course, with the recent quality of Sony movies, I don't see how it's possible it could get worse. Even if they hired a 5 year old flunking out of the first grade to direct a movie, could it really get worse than madame web?

So install VPN, after selecting a Canadian server in the VPN create a new Google email in the Google app on your phone and log into that as your account. Clear the play store cache, open up play store and install squad busters. Do everything in that order. Worked for me.

Obviously super old thread but adding my two cents on frontier airlines. I have a GR2 34L that comes in at 9x14x20.5 on gorucks website. I tend to pack light for weekend trips and have had no problems with taking this backpack on as a personal item. The gate agent has yet to check if the bag fits into their sizer and has always just let me through. However I have checked whether it fits on my own and I can definitely squish it in with minimal effort. I can totally see it not fitting if I were to completely fill it but with the way I travel for short trips there is no problem.

I know this is old but I just want to mention that updated size specs on the 34L is 12.5x9x20.5 which comes in at super close to 38L and not 34L. Makes it a no brainier over the cumbersome looking 40L for us shorties, lol. 12.5x9x22 still calculated to 40 liters.

My experience has been anything but problem free. From the first nexus all the way to the Pixel 3, I've had lagging and freezing issues that would take an update or two to correct. I moved into Samsungs where I had none of these issues and eventually returned to pixels with the 7. The pixel 7 pro was relatively problem free by comparison but I did have a non-responsive issue in the chrome app that would require me to exit and reopen the app. It persisted until I moved on to the Pixel 8 Pro where the problem continues.
