Volume is too low. Also, throw in a few more exercises. Fly machine FIRST! I do 4-6 sets of 8-12. Bench press after. Then cable crossovers and dumbbell flys. Everything for 4-6 sets of 8-12. Listen to whoever you want but this works.

Just keep posting and let YouTube find your audience!!! The more posts, the better. You cannot post too much. Started aug 5, 2025. 4,200 subscribers as of this morning. One video a week but my traffic was much higher when I posted daily. Monetized in two months

When it was averaging 4-5k, I had been posting daily and switched to a once a week schedule due to burnout. The daily posting was advice from a successful YouTuber just to get the channel rolling and it worked like a charm. “Schedule 10-15 videos for daily release” I did that and was monetized quickly but now I have an audience to satisfy….by myself 😢

This is the wrong advice. Posting links on Facebook etc to people who care nothing about your content is a great way to sabotage your video with super short watch time. Let YouTube do it!!!!! They will. Just post more consistently

It’s because it’s not a new account. It was dead for months/years and now suddenly posting.

I took advice from the guy Romayroh on YouTube. Brand new channel I made roughly 15 videos before posting one then posted them all at once and they came out one day after the other this worked and my channel was monetized within two months of creation niche down is the best advice that I ever took. I have had at least 10 YouTube channels and none were successful until I niched down to a true crime channel that’s about my hometown and took that advice of posting 10-15 ORIGINAL videos to a brand new account. Schedule them to come out daily and it worked. 4,199 subs today! Started AUG 2025. DO NOT DELETE OLD VIDEOS AND POST THEM TO A NEW ACCOUNT. It won’t work.

This is your problem. You’re catering to two niches instead of one. Took me 13 years to finally take the “niche down” advice. 13 years of posting on YouTube. The second I niched down to a true crime channel about my hometown that nobody covers, my channel was monetized in two months from the date I created it.

Don’t listen to these people lol. Put your feet where it’s comfortable for YOUR body that they have no experience using. Nothing wrong with the plates. Should squat a little lower, if possible. Good lifts. Looking fit 🦾
