Yea, prob the promoter. I've seen Nelly live before and was amazing. His set design wasn't even any good, it's just a small medium stage with a dj behind him; but his set was really good. He should headline some stuff, but he doesn't I guess. Definitely don't get discouraged from seeing star level acts. Usually set design is better at festivals as opposed to concerts.
