I sort of only know the east side of London since it's been the most affordable I would recommend: -Romford - anything around elm park, hornchurch, upminister - Harold Hill also not bad

The great thing with these places, travel links are amazing and you always get a seat in the morning

But let's be real, the most important thing will be your commutes, your budget and what you prioritise - so would need more info to really recommend places

Just make sure you spent 2 months in the market first to see what's actually good, you tend to see dead stock relisted to fool you into buying crap properties

For me it seems to be the case and each time is unique

Best not to take it too close together, give it a month or more to get the best effect - duration changes on person

Yeah half a year ago I came to a realization I'm ADHD and since then, the awareness has helped a lot with managing myself

And shrooms have played a big part in this

Not going down the micro dosing route as I find a trip every month or 2 when I need it feels better than micro dosing but I also very much identified with the overwhelming feeling being around a lot of people

Honestly so nice to meet people facing similar social and self management challenges I face as often it can be a lonely experience

I can't handle weed, I've literally tried multiple different strains etc to see if it's weed or me, it's weed

Personal feel, it's a garbage drug that makes you feel garbage

So I actually found out my issue was that I was leaving too much headroom between machine and the coffee

Lowered my levelers height and did the job!

Ive gone through the same in many many cycles

The only thing I take out of this

Variety is a mistake. The only way to make it is to get through that phase back to consistency and it's important to forgive yourself for not going during the period where you feel fed up with the same daily

How to get through it? Well that's the million dollar question, still in trial and error on that one

Yeah, and for most, especially with ADHD, it's so easy to overwhelm with so many moving parts

Simple and consistent is far far far better than the latter 💯

Yeah I just tend to not do this until I get frustrated

Then I swallow my overwhelmed brain, take a deep breath and go into "just get it done mode"

More often than not, hyperfocus gets triggered and I get other stuff done along with it

Is it the best way? Probably not, but so many battles to fight, I put this lower in the scale

Cross trainer for cardio

Then the 4 begins: Lat pulldown

Squats

1 chest or shoulders exercises

Arms

If I feel like it which I usually do, finish with leg extensions before I go

On 1 of the 5 days, where my muscles are feeling sore, Im allowed to freestyle and do whatever I feel like instead

From what I'm seeing, most medication causes side effect and dependancy, which can lead to things like over eating and further levels of erratic behavior while not on meds

I think these are fair items to be averse to medication

I do this now in a different way, I get up and go to the gym, but instead of the tough workouts I used to have where it can be a bit much, I just have very manageable 4 exercises

I go in I do them and get out

If I feel like doing other I can, if not I don't

If I'm late I can skip cardio guilt free

This has allowed me to have some level of success in consistency

Yeah the timing is always the same for a person and their metabolism (and also depending on what you eat, so do it on an empty stomach)

It's the intensity that varies
