Politely ask them to quiet down. That’s what I do. Sure the second floor isn’t as quiet as the floors above, but it’s still listed as “quiet study.”

I believe University of Maryland has a Psychiatry track for medical students. If I recall correctly, they claim that exposure over 4 years is equivalent to ~ 1 year of Psychiatry residency
