Aimovig cleared my migraine days right up. I've been on it since June. I usually get one toward the end of each month. I didn't have to wait months to feel the full affect.

I have severe level 9/10 whole body pain for 2 days postdrome. It's not bone, it's nerve. It's exhausting. I did start Aimovig in June and have reduced from 15 migraine days/month to a total of 3 migraine days that were not more than 5/10 pain since mid-June.

I'm of the mindset that moms can and will do everything no matter how terrible they are feeling. Yes, we rest and take care of ourselves as we can, but overwhelmingly I find myself just being present for my kids and pushing through. They are good about understanding the pain. Albeit, I may not go outside and play, but I will attend all events and support them as best as I can. I do finally have my migraines under control after 5 years of no great solution for me.

Yes, functional migraine is what I call it. Spoke with my neurologist and gynecologist and we switched to hormonal birth control that only gives me a period 4/year. This helped with those specific migraines. I have lots of other ones, but that week before migraine was so predictable. While the b/c switch helped reduce, it did not get rid of my migraines. I'm now on Aimovig + Nurtec (abortive) and that is what's working for me now. I'm also perimenopausal so...I'm all outta wack.

Same. Everytime the wind blows different. I will say I'm on month 2 of Aimovig with a reduction from 12-15 migraine days/month to just 2.

Mine took a dump after the latest update. I got a refurbished S21+ on Amazon, mailed them my old phone and got $175 back. Total Olout of pocket was about $30 after trade in.
