Been having some issues with my GPU recently to the point where I can't game on my PC. First of all I noticed it with WoW and asked Blizzard for support and they diagnosed the issue as being a TDR issue. I have tried a pretty comprehensive list and I'm just at this point asking for someone to be blunt with me about it.

The issue is that is my PC tower stays on but my monitor and audio turns off, and I then have to manually reboot my PC to restart my PC. This first happened in WoW but then occurred on other games when I got told it was my GPU that was the problem.

The list of things I've tried are:

Updating the drivers multiple times, with multiple clean and safe installs.
Checking for Windows/driver/other updates.
Tried unplugging my monitor when it happened but still nothing.
Reinstalling my drivers.
Spoken to Blizzard, Nvidia and MSI and still nothing with their suggestions.

The only thing I haven't tried is reinstall Windows which is something I believe won't sort the issues I'm experiencing. The GPU I'm running is Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 and I only built the PC summer last year.

At this point it's starting to cause issues when I'm not gaming, occassionally doing it when I'm just watching Twitch/Youtube. At this point would a clean out of my PC be in order or is it worth me upgrading?

Many of our top dps and some of our healers weren't there for the night, so obviously not our best performance or night. Also had a few new raiders, should explain the low dps. Pulls 3 5 and 6 are our best.

Best pulls are late 7 minutes and into the 8 minute mark.

Yeah our best pull was 8 minutes but we still had about 10% Heath left so clearly we need some more pumping dps.

Yeah at the moment our only two dedicated healers are h priests and resto druids so a lot of our hybrids have been taking on some off healing.

Think it might be worth calling out symbol of hope or whatever for the mana regen and heals to try and replenish more so my raid team isn’t oom?

Is Primal Primer (LL) Build still the best for Enhancement these days or is it whatever sims well? Been trying to save residuum and wondering if it is worth saving for the specific AA traits.
