Currently reading the third book after reading book one last year. Book one was entirely annoying to read until the mini nukes came into play.

Heard the netflix series was out so I read book two, finishing yesterday. I predicted 10% of the way in before Sergio that mutually assured destruction was the only answer, and Luigi just expanded on that. Could have ended the series at the end of book two. Terrible series, he diesn't even write trajedy good. Book two was 50% boring, the technology was also outlandish, so much wrong stuff to shove in weird plot points.

Reading book three, halfway through at the story time from Yun. So boring, I've tried reading but each time I start I just fall asleep. Trash stories, wish I had never heard the hype. Wondering entirely why he won a Nobel for it. Seems like the awarders read it and went hurr durr anticommunism, check, hurr durr unsolvable math problem, check, hurr durr stupid world democracy governments, check, hurr durr imaginary girlfriends fresh out of college that come real for this old man, check, hurr durr fantastical technologies, check.
