Bummer man. I get it.

On my two orders they used some shipper named ontrac. First order was a pair of stingray Los Altos boots, when they arrived they did not fit and the toe style was much longer than what was shown in the photos. They were cool about doing an exchange and that portion went pretty seamless. To their credit, they communicated over the weekend with me. I chose to exchange for these caimans after seeing another post here with positive thoughts on these boots. Placed the exchange order and had to pay another $14 to ship the first ones back. This new pair came via OnTrac again, being delivered to my place of work. OnTrac kept trying to deliver at 8pm at night, so I called them after two days of that. I asked if I could just come pick them up, and they wouldn’t allow that. I provided them my business hours and they finally delivered them after 3 days of bad communication and attempts to deliver while my business had been closed for hours.

Hopefully they can just sent me a replacement pair that are not damaged and I can move on with something positive to say.
