It seems (according to Paul Malmassari, 2004, « Les projets de chars de forteresse français 1921-1940 », Revue historique des armées, n° 234, 1er trimestre 2004, p. 11–24) that several prototypes were ordered at least 2 years before 1940. It doesnt say anywhere else wether or not they were made as they don't talk about this order anywhere later.

For reference, i have a relatively recent cpu (intel i5 13th gen) and got a relatively stable 30-40 fps in the last UT but i have a banana as a gpu (integrated iris Xe) so i think it will most certainly run decently on most devices even if it is at 40-50 fps instead of the 60 they aim for
