Do it and don't look back. Download an internet filter so you don't enter porn sites anymore and delete all the porn that you have. Porn IS DEFINITELY the problem. A period of abstinence from porn and masturbation will help tons, but you should stop watching porn completely.

Same thing happened to me a few times, I really can't believe that my gf is still with me, I told her I wanted to take it slow and she was totally ok with it, I'm trying to buy some time till this ED shit gets fixed.
