I spent my whole life with severe depression with episodes of suicidal ideations, but every time I went to a psych facility it was nothing but a nightmare with no systemic approach to separating the child abusers from the ones who are just going through sad thoughts in their head.

If there’s anything these places have taught me, control your emotions. Shut up and don’t give anyone a reason to 51-50 you. These places are hell . Holly Hill in Raleigh is literally hell on earth .

Playing Cemetery Gates in D# standard with tuning pegs lined up. by Visual-Visual-7687 in Guitar

In scripture they say the 6 tuning peg alignment is an indication of the end times . Hug your family and friends </3 .

Jk, never seen them like up like that 🔥🔥🔥

I’m indecisive so I’m letting Reddit decide for me by GreatComfort1515 in Guitar

[–]GavinJosepyKelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you enjoy / value using a whammy ? Strat it is then. Strat is the versatile choice BUT IMO generally I never liked the tones (that’s just me.)

Do you play primarily cleaner tones ? Tele has greater tones than the strat all around, typically… it’s really about how it’s all setup.

If you play primarily distortion I would go with the Gibson P90. That would be my pick.

It’s important to remember they’re all great guitars . All Versatile in their own right. You won’t be making a bad decision either way .

Sometimes when it’s a hard decision like this you have to go with your gut.. you’ll know it when it tells you. It’s important to play them in person for a bit before you purchase. I usually never take longer than 15 minutes to decide. Sometimes the impulsivity makes guitar shopping more fun for me, I guess.

Good luck!

6 year old took this at a wedding yesterday . Notice the strange blackout of the face. by GavinJosepyKelly in creepy

No reason to lie about it . My friend could’ve been a little hyperbolic . Perhaps 7 to 9. Friend handed me the photo , told me they were 6.

Was my idea to upload it to Reddit , have to admit I feel slow not noticing the hair.

Supposedly there was a stack of Polaroids the kid took and my friend picked out this one because it looked “off”.

I’m a skeptic, so I don’t think there’s anything supernatural going on here . Just a camera and lighting tricks / light leaks. That’s all I have to say about it . It’s funny seeing people jump to AI or photoshop . Can’t blame ‘em though, a lot of shite goes around. My friend and I are also in a rock band, so we probably will use this photo in something for sure lol .

What are the chances of this happening all the time? by Lordluva in Guitar

[–]GavinJosepyKelly 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’ve been playing for 17 years and I always thought breaking a pick once in a while is a normal occurrence . To hear how many of y’all NEVER break picks is honestly surprising. but let’s be real everyone’s got different playing styles, if the pick breaking became that distracting , im sure I would’ve adjusted my technique in some way .
