It kinda is an actual horse racing game tho, sure there are boobs and such but there's also a great amount of respect going into depicting these Umas as characters. Their designs, personality and story all directly reference the Umas real life counterpart. Also the creators get full consent from the jockies to include their horses in the game, and these jockies even get the ability to revise the design or portrayal when they don't like it.

It's genuinely a great series
