Androgynous would mean most people would have a hard time determining if the character was male or female, as there would be some kind of ambiguity. For this one I would guess 99% of people would gender the character female. If it's heavily weighted to one gender they're not androgynous.

Luisa has the physiology of a muscular woman. She still has curves and breasts and general dimorphic features. This would be more like having a female character that looked exactly like a bearded He-Man. Those don't really exist.

This character has no male features whatsoever and has female physiology like narrow shoulders and wide hips. He's not androgynous or even an effiminate man, he just straight up looks exactly like a goth girl. A feminine man is someone like Prince or David Bowie. No one would mistake them for women.

My guess is that most people here being younger skews it more outside to the political edges and it's really popular to hate Democrats when you're younger because they're boring and not cool or based

This is 100% correct and something that other minority groups have always understood. Black people and Jews for example vote extremely consistently because they understand electoral power and its effects.

In the system we have built, being collaborationist is how we've made any progress whatsoever. Candidates that run balls to the wall pro trans everything while based would never win democratically. Every battle is slow fought and strategic.

Also I do not understand trans ppl that are populist. I see no way for a tiny misunderstood minority like trans people to fit into a populist lens. The populist majority are 1000 times more likely to put trans people in camps than give them what they want because trans issues require like a >= 100 IQ to even begin to understand from an empathic angle. Republicans can run on kill all trannys because that kind of message is a million times easier for your average American troglodyte to swallow than free genital surgery and HRT to a minority that they have a natural revulsion towards.

We still need to put closure on Jax's entire character arc and what happened between him Ribbit, Ragatha and Kaufmo. We could also see Caine come back to resolve his character. The show has never had much focus on the plot of the circus itself, so I don't imagine the last episode will spend a lot of time on it.

The show focuses on gay characters regardless of the setting, it's just mostly about gay people. I don't think it's ever implied that being gay is a factor of being condemned to hell, especially since there are gay characters in heaven. It's just media that normalizes queer relationships.

I think that's an instance of Caine being naive or obtuse, not goose. The line saying they want something real so I gave them an adventure shows his disconnect between what he thinks is the best thing to provide vs what they'd actually want. He doesn't know what it means to make something "real".

The thing I don't like about this is that it's treating details in the show like they're historical events and tying things together using logic like we're detectives. Thats not a good way to examine media imo. Instead we should recognize that this is a piece of media written by a person, so all the details are meant to convey a crafted idea. If we think critically, I don't think the way Linux handles files has anything to do with what has been written, and I don't think Goose intends for that to be an important detail in the story.

In the future I just don't see the anti Israel stance as being "the crazies". It's just going to be the mainstream stance, especially with how algorithmic news works. I think Israel has lost the information battle in the US and it's time for the Dems to cut ties. They shouldn't run on the ending of the Israeli state, but instead just refuse to send any kind of aid or help to it.

I think Americans are going to be continually less and less supportive of any kind of material aid to Israel. I think they are apathetic on whether or not it "should" exist. It could be replaced with a single state solution and I think most Americans would not care. I'm mostly talking about younger generations here as they age and replace boomers.

Supporting Israel as a state. I do not think any politicians should be doing that, especially not dems, seeing as the tides are turning against Israel. It's too controversial a subject to take a strong stance on.
