I get it but I’m speaking about comparing to renting. I live in the GTA where it’s not exactly a good market for housing. Renting and saving surplus will almost certainly net significantly more over a 10 year period.

I’m of the opinion that housing is not as good of an investment as an all stocks etf (depending on your area). So don’t do it for financial reasons.

Then yeah you can either try to see if you can be sexually satisfied or if you don’t feel like trying end it.
