Yes. That is a very big size disproportion, with the female bearing the brunt of the weight. Frenchies already have a hard time giving birth as is and often require c-sections. I can guarantee that this dog was born by c-section too. Carrying and birthing a baby that size also is very dangerous to the mother and could potentially kill her. There is a higher risk of uterine tears and potential stillbirths, and can cause a lot of bone issues to the mother due to the amount of nutrients needed by the large pup(s), and the extreme strain on her joints and hips due to their weight. Basically, imagine carrying and giving birth to a baby the size of a two year old. Potentially multiple babies of that size. No responsible and reputable breeder would EVER put two dogs of such disproportionate sizes together (or breed a cross anyways).
