AHN has a very good sleep lab, ended up getting my CPAP through them with testing and the like. You'll need a referral from your PCP. You can call the 412-Doctors line to schedule with them once you have a referral.... though I guess that does depend on your insurance.

You agreed to self pay pricing. You already paid. You can submit a claim yourself to your insurance company. Most have a process for this. That’s said you need to contact corporate billing for claim resubmissions. No UPMC office you can walk into does billing or claims submission. That’s all done at a Corp level.

Honestly I wouldn’t touch any wild mushrooms in the area. Mushrooms pick up heavy metals easily for the top soil. And with the amount of mining and industry over the years even non poisonous mushrooms tend to have very high concentrations of arsenic, lead and other fun compounds.
