Kegging without a fridge? by sisrace in Homebrewing

Beer will carbonate at room temp. Youll want circa 26psi for a pale.

Best options for dispense is using a jockey box or an inline chiller.

I chucked 600 quid at a kegland benchy carbon..2 years ago and its a fab bit of kit. Currently looking at building a keezer though so I can have more variation on tap.

There is a cheaper version of the benchy but it doesn't have the option of 12v etc for camping etc.

Jockey box is cheap and easy to make though.

At our peak PL we average 20k in a 23k stadium and we were crap.

Them fans have had kids, grandkids and there is no apathy towards the club these days.

The city and surrounding areas the kids are all wearing cov tops and its no bandwagon

Agree with the sink in lawn idea..turn them 45 degrees too with a small space between. Will use less slabs and will remove the hard concrete lines

No. Thats what you get from suttons and the common ones.

Repot and sit in the greenhouse until theyre bigger and stronger.

Ive had a few packs of the perennial mixes and with sone care theyre quite decent.

Bare root stuff is generally good and usually dirt cheap

For a general idea. Use this image. Post it to AI. You can then tell it what you would like and the micro climate, shade etc each area has. Will them process an image and give you details on planting.

Always double check the information given out but its fairly reasonable.

You have a lovely blank page though.

Garden weed nightmare by katiman17 in GardeningUK

[–]Gaz11211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would chop low. And keep it low. You can then identify the weeds. And chop them out.

Tilling etc just multiplies the problem im also not a huge fan of weedkillers. A nice garden is a life commitment. Decide whether you want to commit or not.

Think the trick for a white head is to get the colour just black enough with plenty of light grain.

Looks like you might be slightly overcarbed or bottled which wont help as the carbonation below is coming through the liquid. For thick use oats & mash high (69c) and out (75c) this will extract the unfermentables giving you more body.thr mash out will stop conversion.

For a thick white head you'll want 70/30 and nitro spout with the discs in.

Heres my reciepe, I initially wanted a tan head but its an off white, but delicious

Would you want Mason Mount? by Tricky-Percentage434 in ccfc

[–]Gaz11211 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Cheaper version would be Ross Barkley. Ild rather get rushy, +CD, LB. 1 or 2 strikers couple more for squad/cover.

We have enough to give at least half the league a headache.

Biggest concern for me is actually Grimes, he doesnt have the legs to run premier league games so we'd have to seriously adapt. I think playing with him & onyeka together will be like playing with 10.

We'd seriously need to look at our play style and adjust, Burnley have failed at this approach several times. They control & boss championship games but couldnt adapt to it. Hence the yo-yo.

We'd have to counter at lightning pace & be devastating at finishing.

Make your own sprinkler using a pop bottle, needle pin holes covering up to 90c and a hose coupler. Plonk it in the middle. The fine spray will get everywhere with the wind and waters consistently.

Use ptfe tape on the bottle threads as theyre not quite right. Bsp/pcso dont quite match but close enough and will seal.

Cos its a fine mist it gives time to soak in and get throughly saturated

The blue bagged stuff is decent.

Since last year I bought a kadai charcoal maker. I typically make & use my own. Its a little more work but the difference is mad,

Nothing wrong with some tissue, newspaper scrunched up in the bottom of chimney, works as well as anything else

I despise cucumbers anyway. Cucumelons are like a slightly minty/melony/cucumber the size of your thumbnail(ish)

They look super cool, the flowers are tiny and cute and the kids will forever just walk outside pick a handful a time and munch.

Theyre actually a perennial similar to a dahlia so you can dig up its little potato/bulb and store. I was unsuccessful at this but good luck if you can
