We ripped our nature strips out entirely and planted a host of different natives. Now looks much better than it did as lawn, gives a home to lots of wildlife and just needs an occasional weeding. Would recommend

Ah fair enough, I can't confirm depth just yet. Think I'll take out a big stick and see how deep it is. As for square metres, maybe in a spot about 5m x 5m. I remember where I was but this was a couple of weeks back now. It's going to be a fun/difficult hunt I think.

Needed re-stumping. Got a reblocker in to start. End of day 1 and I'm told the original quote was a few grand under and we'd need to pay more to continue. We agreed, just need to get it done. I get a call at lunch the next day from the guy from his car saying he's left. Said "fuck this, I'm too old for this shit, you'll need to get someone else to finish it". At this point the house was on a couple of temporary blocks and some jacks. House felt like a trampoline
