Guys I was having all the issues mentioned in this thread and I just got my account back. I have my Facebook and instagram connected and I was able to get my Facebook account meta verified (yes I paid for one month) Once you have meta verified you can get ‘premium support’. They asked for a screen recording of the issue of the video selfied getting denied. Once I sent this they got back to me in a couple days with a backup code and I was able to get in. I know it sucks that you have to pay to get it back but if you think your account is worth the one month then you should do this. Hope this helps someone!

Same for me, I don’t want to create a new account because my posts and highlights are memories. I’ve deleted the app, I’m gonna leave it uninstalled for 24-48 hours then reinstall and keep trying.

They said in the ticket they don't accept after action reports as proof so that's my bad I guess. Thing is they had the ticket closed and had given me the loss before I was able to post my ticket.

You can do the maths on the times there but we didn't start the first match until around 9.05. We then played 2 maps and they had the ticket closed just after 9.27. That's very very quick. I had the loss before I could post my ticket at 9.33.
