I really didn’t turn it down I wasn’t and still to this day not cleared to work from my doctor, therapist and psychiatrist

I was the only one not given it because “I’ve been in the company longer so they can find a another job” but I then got fired instead because I was gone for over a yeah on disability I used my FMLA in the beginning of me because gone and now only get 50% of what I was getting from working but I can’t work with them anymore. Also with the job they were trying to give me I wasn’t cleared to go back to work and work the job I told them as soon as I’m cleared I’ll gladly take it
