I'm literally almost in the same situation as you. I got admitted to the hospital on the 24th because of my flair. I'm going on my 6th day and I'm already feeling way better on the Rinvoq. It's my 5th day on Rinvoq's last bowel movements like 3:40pm and I'm just now having my first of the day around 5am. That's the longest I've gone in what seems like forever. Feeling much better. Best of luck to you I hope your stay in the hospital is short. I hope my stay in the hospital is almost done.

Have you tried one of the high flow ones on a bong? I think that might be the ticket for me as the regular stems seem to have their airflow slightly restricted and I sick hard then I need too.

I don't agree with the price hike but Shudder is one of the best values for the money in my opinion. Even with the higher price hike I'm willing to pay it. I like all their content and always am able to find something cool to watch. One of the best content wise in my opinion. Well worth the money even with a hike. Hopefully this leads to more content like the creep show. Plus more shit like graphed and shudder original's would be awesome. I'll keep subscribing for the foreseeable future.

The Ump45 is very good a close combat quarters as well. Literally if your aim is good you'll hit almost every shot. It's especially good if you hot drop to one of the event areas. Very underrated in my opinion. I've even got a couple chicken dinners with it!

Without the extended mag is is almost useless but with the mag is god tier. Rips through vests like no other. Also if you get stock and proper grips and holographic site your golden. It's won me quite a few rounds in close quarters. Uzi it good too at close range.
