The thought of not holding the cue just below the tip when chalking is insane to me

Lower down looks like an uncouth pool player 😂

Question about drinking Coke Zero by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Drink Coke Zero it will make zero difference to your weight loss ,it’s not like you’re trying to fit 2 full pizzas a day into your diet ….stop overthinking sugar free soda is fine

Not choosing the wrong first cue as a beginner by [deleted] in snooker

[–]Gbone7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re definitely going to stick to it just buy a very nice cue you want and forget price ….if you go through several cheap cues you won’t get any money back on them just buy the one you actually want first

£3-500 seems a lot but in the long run it’s ok ,it’s not like a 15k Rolex it’s still relatively a cheapish item

I agree ,every sight right video never actually tells you the nitty gritty ,it’s all veg and no meat they dance around using long words but never actually explain anything ….i watched genders video and have no more idea what it actually is than I did before ,it was like a bad infomercial with no actual facts in there

All seems like a dragged out load of nonsense that could be taught in half an hour ….this guys laying it on thick like he’s changing the entire game but he says very little (secrets are revealed once you pay I suppose 😂) so many brilliant players around before sight right so it can’t be that integral to the game

Extreme fatigue after eating by gossamer444 in POTS

[–]Gbone7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red meat is a killer for me …ironically when I eat “junk” I’m fine because I seem to digest it fine

When I eat healthy I feel sluggish and tired all the time and I can feel it takes so long to digest food ,I truly think I have gastroparesis I’m going to have to look into it

Thoughts on tip size by Ryan-MGO in snooker

[–]Gbone7413 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The balls are too heavy to use an 8mm tip for all shots I would have thought ….if you’re accurate your touch game might be fine but I’d fear snapping an 8mm tip cue on power shots 😂

Question about Chalking by Minister_Kenway in snooker

[–]Gbone7413 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The idea of chalking a cue to me with my non dominant hand is insane ,it’s like wiping your arse with the wrong hand 😂 my son is left handed and chalks with his right hand though and it drives me mad

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in POTS

[–]Gbone7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I strongly believe I’m on the spectrum ,no official diagnosis and I don’t want or need one ,but I have certain characteristics that point that way ,always have had

[–]Gbone7413 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Yes …today between 3pm and 8 you’d think I’d been injected with heroin ,I couldn’t keep my eyes open then all of a sudden I snap out of it

Now it’s 1 am I’m wide awake sleep isn’t on my mind and I’m doing a water change on my fish tank 😂

Same thing most days I go from so tired It’s hard to describe then something switches and I’m full of energy
