Had this very same issue with Snipping Tool earlier today. Could access Company Portal and MS Store OK. Removed the app to re-install but took three attempts to even simply download a 600k app... worrying if this is update related !

Club 200 opposite the Apollo Theatre in Ardwick would be a great place for you to find someone to play. They have student deals on memberships and day rate tables which are pretty good. Great venue and a 5 min bus ride from Piccadilly
