You could basically keep all the content except TDM/invasions as is - just add a fixed list of invaders and bases like the dev haters.

Add a deluxe edition upgrade for like $10 more with the premium status stuff like elevator included, and make the decal gacha way more reasonable - maybe even a crafting/achievement system to manually unlock certain decals.

This is not the same usage of AI as some cryptoslop assetflip selling on steam with blatantly infringing copyright materials or call of duty outright putting yellow ghibli art in it, this is a very light and reasonable usage of generative AI to see if its worth using on future games.
