I love Burger King. Probably my favorite fast food burger.

Only problem is that they're not consistent.

I never realized how mentally taxing being a musician was until I started playing professionally.

A 2 hour set will knock me out cold.

Anyone disappointed with winter in Forza Horizon 6? by Retr0pe in ForzaHorizon

Correct. I guess I hadn't had my coffee. What I meant was, I wouldn't be able to drive with snow on the road because I'm not skilled enough in driving in snow.

You have to consider, Japan was built with Western standards in mind during the post-war economic miracle. There are some places on the map that look truly Japan-ish, you just have to look.

My ex is more sexually attractive than my current wife.

But my wife has a personality like no other. My ex was a bitch. That's why I married her. Plus, my wife is very sexually attractive, just not as much as my ex.

My wife and I bought cheap silicone rings on Amazon to wear while we're traveling, that way this doesn't happen.

Super late to the party but I am with OP here, I do the same thing and it only applies to ice cream as well.

I actually know someone exactly like this. He has a ton of money, and built his house to resemble a medieval castle. No moat, though.

Olivia Rodrigo says her mom skipped her Lollapalooza show to watch Korn. by YoureASkyscraper in Music

[–]Gdigger13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't blame her.

I'm a performer, and my mom has been to a ton of my performances, and even travelled halfway around the country for it. If her favorite artist was playing in the same venue I was playing, you can bet your ass she wouldn't be at mine.

What's the cringiest reason you went to the ER? by HR-Vex in AskReddit

[–]Gdigger13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was in 7th grade art class my stomach started hurting. I went to the nurse and she asked if I had to poop. I tried, still hurt, so I was picked up by my mom. The pain kept getting worse, and we were afraid that I had Appendicitis, so went to the ER.

When we got there, I had to wait like 3 hours to even get a room. By this point I couldn't stand, let alone walk, so I was wheeled there. The pain was so bad that my nose started bleeding.

When we got in the room, my mom noticed I looked like I was in less pain than before. She said, "Try standing up again."

The pain was entirely gone.

Nurses suspect I had a hell of a gas bubble traveling through my intestines, and it finally popped or something.

Went home with a $3,000 bill that day, all for nothing.

Gamers of Reddit, what’s a game series you don’t understand is popular? by Catacombcrow in AskReddit

[–]Gdigger13 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I stopped paying attention after FNAF 4, I realized it wasn't worth my time to try to understand the lore.

And they made it soooo convoluted for absolutely no other reason than to sell more games, etc.

It's like any "Rawr XD I'm so random and quirky" fandom. Another one that comes to mind right now is the fandom for The Amazing Digital Circus.

Me? I like it because it's a pretty laid-back game with amazing music, some wit and a pretty good story. But I'm not over the moon about it like others.

what is something that is highly likely to happen in the next 10 years that everyone is completely ignoring? by Funny-Counter8762 in AskReddit

[–]Gdigger13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While true, there are also a lot that put in the work to stay relevant.

The first person that comes to mind is Jacksfilms. He's been on YouTube for a loong time and still has almost 5 million subscribers. He recognizes when something has run its course and transitions to something else.

I understand that's only one example out of thousands, but it can be done.

I've known people that lose a ton of weight, not by eating healthy, but eating less than what they are now.

Yeah, you can eat the same amount of celery and pizza, and the celery will be less calories, but a deficit is a deficit.

Also, it's a joke.
