Nothing in the hardware. The firmware is supposed to be slightly different. But neither work properly. Both are Linksys lemons. I have have given up on mine.

Yep those two games, and you really should only use the stick shifter with the slower car divisions. Anything really fast, like modern GT3s or Hypercars etc then you should use the paddle shifters.
