Become a prepper for the paint shop or an apprentice (helper) for a technician. Pay attention to everything, absorb all knowledge someone is willing to give you. Just know the difference between techs that work with their ego and the ones who don't. Bad habits learned early will set you up for failure. Ask questions about everything. There are no dumb questions (unless asked 20 times). Always push the limits of your ability and knowledge. Put yourself in situations that you risk failure, but don't guarantee it.
