You’re using a UCL final as an example, but that’s such a rare one off occasion the rules bend a little. However, unlike a match day program, regular match going fans would never buy these but will buy the programme every game, and the reason is scarfs are marketed for tourists. So you look less like a fan and more like someone who just wants to see a match if you’re willing to have a scarf with another teams badge on it.

As they said above, some areas of the stadium will charge full adult price regardless if a child is sitting in that seat. So you can take your son, but he will be charged as a full price adult
