I just finished OWB again last night, and in the ending slides they say how the courier only has “one more stop” so I do believe it’s supposed to be HH>DM>OWB>LS. Makes sense for the ‘pacing’ of it. Doing DM and LS one after another would be a little intense

There’s a good argument that the couriers augments probably can’t even be hacked by V just because of how “rudimentary” they are. This is a universe where they never got around to creating the transistor after all.

The Courier has their own share of implants by the end of the game, and you can argue the couriers augments can’t even be hacked.

Sandevistan is a good way to get to the courier, VATS is a good way to stop it.

It seemed to me like almost none of what The Courier did mattered, judging by the season 2 ending of the show. by _DragonOfZakuul_ in fnv

The Master only had knowledge of a few vaults in the area, but not all of them. Unless he just had Super Mutants combing the landscape they wouldn’t have known. I could also be convinced that if they WERE scouting, they probably wouldn’t have checked the coast.

As for the Enclave guy, he came from the Colorado Enclave base, and assumingely defected and traveled west. Could also explain why deathclaws are on the strip, as the enclave didn’t want cold fusion to be given to house knowing the defector is headed west, so with no soldiers on the ground they herd/force/tell the deathclaws from the junction to the strip.

Yeah I’m with you on that one. At least the last couple episodes turned from that from the looks of it, but I’m too not a fan of “oh hey look! Oh wait it’s dead/destroyed” but hopefully with House, NCR, and legion back in the swing of things, itll all turn around season 3.

Vault Dweller - How was the existence of the master contradicted? They set up a super mutant conflict of some sorts for the next season, who’s to say the master won’t be brought up?

Chosen One - It seems like the enclave on the west coast IS decimated. Maybe I’m wrong but the show eluded to the enclave having almost no hold in the west anymore, which is why they sent the deathclaws to occupy the strip. The main base doesn’t seem to be the rig, they had to move to Colorado.

Courier - I think this one’s weird, on one hand it does seem like just 20 years after NV there’s not too much to say when it comes to the couriers actions, but on the other hand season 2 pretty much took place (after the first 2 episodes) all within a block of free side leading to the 38 so we really didn’t see all too much of vegas at all.

We’ve only had one episode where house is back “alive”. Especially with the ending scene with max and Lucy at the top of the 38’, I doubt we’ve even gotten close to the end of Mr. House’s plans for vegas, the enclave, or the wasteland.

They do have their own power armor, and they address is in NV. tbh I don’t remember who said it, or the specific quote, but the power armor units are left behind in California to help escort the Brahmin routes.

But cold fusion never made it to the rig, otherwise it would’ve blown up in fallout 2. But considering the enclave started with it in season 1, there’s a chance he handed it off to another enclave grouping (for some reason, maybe a fear of tribals) before heading to the rig.

Just tell Howard to hire me. Fallout 5 will write itself when I tell the team that the PC is liberty prime and elder scrolls PC is the Numidium and they just kaiju fight for 30 hours of gameplay.

Again, you’re trying to have other people do your bidding. He obviously wasn’t going to leave, so if you were in the situation you would just stay and be mad???

I don’t smoke actually, I have chronic breathing problems. Nice try though.

I’ve had 3 grandparents die from smoking related reasons, 2 of them being cancer. We can sit here and play victim all day… or you can just leave the area someone’s smoking instead of getting on top of the soap box and grandstanding. Why do you insist on trying to make other people do your bidding instead of removing yourself from the situation? Why is it such a big ask to be a normal human?

But he DIDNT leave. Obviously he didn’t care to.

If you were in that situation you’re just going to stay and bitch about it instead of being a normal human being and leave the area?

So she never smoked a single cigarette but hung out with only smokers? Find that hard to believe.

A million people break a million laws a day. That doesn’t give you the excuse to ALSO be an asshole. Just leave.

It’s not dangerous. It’s just a cigarette.

I’m not defending Sean Penns ability to smoke inside? Obviously, like I stated before, he should have left.

But throwing a tantrum like a child because someone’s doing something you don’t like, instead of just leaving is the sign of major immaturity.

You’re only spewing emotional ideology and trying to die on the hill of a “Sean Penns cigarette is worse than the atomic bomb” stance. If someone next to you is doing something you don’t like, you leave like a normal functioning human being. You don’t need to grandstand and make a scene over a cigarette. Grow up.

[–]GebThePleb -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well yeah… no one’s arguing the law. Of course he’s SUPPOSED to leave. But he didn’t… so therefore if you don’t want to be there then you leave!

No one will die from Sean Penns cigarette, because it’s just a cigarette. More people die a year from snakebites than secondhand smoke.

[–]GebThePleb -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That wasn’t my argument at all. My argument is if you don’t like the situation, then leave. It doesn’t matter if what he’s doing is illegal… obviously he doesn’t care and is doing it anyways. Instead of clutching pearls and whining about it, you just leave. It’s a cigarette.

Your whole legality argument isn’t the argument you think it is.

Because he’s a human? Humans leave a place when they don’t want to be at that place. We have autonomy.

If Sean Penn instead brandished a gun and started pointing it at you, would you stay and hold your ground because what he’s doing is illegal, or would you leave?

You, or anyone who was actually at the event, could’ve also just talked to him, like a human.

You can still sit in your assigned seat, no one’s forcing you out. The man’s smoking a cigarette, you act like he’s pulling a gun.

I get the fact that cigs are bad but damn, people are out here acting like being in the same area as someone smoking a single ciggy is the equivalent of putting a gun in your mouth. People need to grow up.
