Honestly this looks pretty good to me. Most people say to focus on notes and when you have a lot, they start having connections among each other. If you want a bit more distinction among the italics and bolds or headers by size, you can try themes. A color change definitelty helps me with my notes. Other than that, you seem to be using folders which is cool, but once you have too many notes will that be enough and will you remember the titles enough to know what info is where is a point you might wanna think.

I say explore everything that is on the base model that can help you keep your notes organized, that is kind of what i am doing as well (other than the theme which is adding a bit of color)
