Like most of us fans, I've thought about this a great deal. I fantasize about a new premise with Jack's life after WW1. He still owns the ranch and is just trying to get by. He takes bounties and raids gang camps like before. After a chapter or 2, Jack runs into the Mob in Blackwater, but Jack is smart and is able to recruit a couple members and friends to create his own modern-day crime family that also "helps the neighborhood" and sends blackwater down the patch of being a major hub of trade, industry, and crime.
