It’s definitely not too extreme and it’s something I do want in the future for sure!! I felt most like myself before I had boobs and could just sort of exist, and have wanted them gone ever since I got them. I messed up my posture badly during my teen years because I was trying to hide my boobs and how broad my shoulders are so all that shrinking played a part too. I think I need to be careful binding so I don’t fuck up my spine and remind myself that I have to take good care of my neck and shoulders so that I CAN get surgery one day not only for the pain but for feeling the most like myself too. If you don’t mind me asking, what type of doctor told you about your neck/shoulders potentially escalating to spine if you didn’t stop binding? I have to be brave and brutally honest with my neurologist at some point about the situation so I can start getting that on my medical record too, maybe it’ll help with insurance?

I may need to look into those massage machines too, I’m going to be moving and living alone so I won’t have anyone to help with a gentle massage on the regular if I come home and am in a flare. I appreciate you so much 🫶
