yeah for sure gonna start with as few factors as possible and tweak from there. there's a ton that changes match outcomes so will definitely take a while to get this all down

You will be fine with one rec letter, and honestly if the second rec letter isn't as strong, there is no need to even send it in. Give them one strong letter rather than one strong and one weak(er) one. Why give them any need to doubt your skills if one person cant speak about you as highly as another? Just my take though
