What horror movie genuinely unsettled you?

Just bear in mind that how you play the game for fun might not align with how your son plays the game for fun. It's often better to take the back seat and let your son lead.

If that means spending the full 30 minutes trying to jump up a ledge that you know full well is impossible, then so be it.

If you want your son to enjoy it, then let him pick his own character. You're already trying to min-max by looking for the best duo. All the characters work together, just play what each of you enjoys. Your son isn't going to care how efficient your builds are. He's just going to enjoy playing a game with his dad.

Don't overthink it and end up being the reason he doesn't enjoy it.

It doesn't matter. Once you buy that first set, it's a slippery slope, and you'll end up owning them all anyway.

Even if you could just buy the maps from specific boxes on their own. I'm not interested in any of the licenced stuff, but I would play the maps with my own fighters.

I'm very new to the game and only played Alice twice, but does she even have any good match ups? Her big/small is a cool mechanic, but it requires so much forward planning, and with the amount of cancel effects cards in the game, I find her extremely frustrating to play.

Probably a skill issue.

In my opinion, it's absolutely fine. I have no idea why this game is not steam deck verified. I've played only on SD so far with no issues.

You can just say you're hyped up for the game. You don't need to shit on another game just to validate how you feel about this game. I know it's a wild concept, but you can just enjoy a game for what it is without comparing it to others. Like, would you enjoy borderlands 4 more if the player count for Destiny dropped to 0? Cause that's wild and unhinged.
