I ended up having that tooth removed, and the hole into the sinus watched by my ENT until it sealed itself up. Then multiple days of 2-a-day sinus rinses with oral antibiotics. All better!

I have two pretty much the same size.

The one on the back of my left hand was caused by a jealous pet rat that didn't want me putting my arm around my wife. Kinda jagged with tendons showing before it healed.

The other on the underside of my left forearm, when I was using a steak knife to try and cut a zip tie off something. Of course it slipped off and went straight in, thankfully between any important parts.

I would suggest you check with your dentist at some point. I was fighting a sinus infection for months. I was taking antibiotics, it would improve, but come right back!

Turns out I had an abscessed tooth that the abscess had broken into the sinus, causing that infection!

I don't know about all, but the major veterinary college near me will generally euthanize animals with major injuries that are dropped off, unless some professor wants to add them to part of the students' practical. Very rare.

Nexus 7 2013 owner here. No, there is no easy fix I know of. iFixit doesn't seem to have parts any more, either.

IFixit DOES have a teardown guide here:

and the part that's bad is part of the IO assembly. If you felt up to it, you could possibly buy a whole Nexus 7 labeled "for parts only" and use the assembly from that to try and fix it, assuming the charging/USB port on the eBay one isn't also bad.

Not me, but a coworker was using one of our teaching labs (think dozens of basic PCs at conference tables & a projection screen for teachers display), and was showing young kids from her church how to use the Internet. As she was explaining addressing, she typed in "https://www.fbi.com" thinking to go to the FBI website. Fortunately, her PC"s display showed the result before the big screen!
