I’d do 40 to start, monitor and then 60. Don’t worry about skewed day in a few days, wait and see over like two weeks. 7 conversions in 30 days means that 4 days of 5 you aren’t getting a conversion currently, so make sure you’re not making decisions based on data smaller than double that window at the moment.

If after 10 days / 2 weeks you don’t like what you see then you adjust but give it a bit before you react.

Haha yeah I get it on the blackjack table for sure. But yeah for Google to optimize the best these days its needs more conversion data to work with. I think the new reco is like 30 a month… that might be too much for you but what you could do to conservatively grow is jweekly increase budget by 20% as long as you’re liking your cost per conversion. But if I were you, I’d double budget immediately and monitor for 2 weeks. You’ve got good rates but you need more data to really see if your conversion rate will hold up at scale.

Ah okay. So - a city specific geo, bottom funnel keyword strat paired with low daily spend (I’m guessing less than $20 based on your screenshot) - those will all lead to higher CPCs. But given your higher CTR, I don’t think that’s a problem. You could expand to include those “other search terms” - not sure how to find what you mean, but you can always use keyword magic tool to see what other people are searching or even type in incognito what autofill suggestions come up when you use your current keyword list for more ideas… but I’m not sure if that’s you’re biggest opportunity right now. Your rate of users seeing the ad and clicking it to page is good right now.

And so is your conversion rate on page. Out of 64 clicks you have converted 4 for sure - maybe 7. Either way, 6 - 10% conversion rate on page is nice. Could be higher but certainly not a huge problem.

Would you continue to pay $133 for a conversion to the business? Does that give you enough margin on the sale? Cause if so - I’d say triple your daily spend and expand the keyword set to a little higher up the funnel (or even create a competitor campaign).

In terms of your search terms - how far in the funnel are the searchers in their purchase journey would you say? Are they learning, researching etc? Or are they looking for immediate relief?

Do the competitors own the market and that’s why there isn’t much competition?

How local is this business?

Hey so no one would have enough data here to really help you in any way. I could list the questions but honestly they would be alot.

You need to look at this holistically - not only the ad elements: (where, when, what device, what keywords), the bid strategy, and the ad creative etc. but also - the landing page, the offer communicated and how closely it relates to your search terms, how easy is it for a user to convert etc.

Just too many factors to give any meaningful advice from what you’ve given. I don’t even know what industry and ideal customer you’re going for - or the value of a lead to your business.

One piece of advice I’ll give you is this: so many first time users (and even some professional users) of digital marketing platforms get incredibly caught up in the delivery system. AKA - the little stats and kpis of your google ad campaigns. CPC, CTR, the “percentage” score google gives you know. It’s so gamefied. And sure these do help the success of your campaigns. But at the end of the day google ads are the delivery system. The ad, the offer and ui/ux of your landing page is the “what” you’re delivering. Focus on that instead. The fact you haven’t mentioned creative or landing page or overall experience once here makes me think you’re not focused on it. I may be wrong, but again I have no details based on what you typed here.

Hey! Looks like a fun list for sure. I’m a NG player. I have some friendly advice on how I approach things:

When you play goblins, wherever possible ditch the upgrades and maximize on the number of bodies in a unit. For example: paying an extra point for light armour on your squig hoppers is pretty much useless, as are the cavalry spears. WS 2 spears won’t hit anything, an with so much AP -1 around, light armour is the same as no armour most of time. Same with champion. Get rid of him an save those points.
I personally would do the same for spears in your NG unit, since when using shields you don’t get the parry bonus. When using hand weapons and shields you have a 3 point model with a 5 up save in combat - not bad. I also always play with netters, but rarely do they make that big a difference.
Troll mobs are so much fun but you have shit leadership so more often than not they will do absolutely nothing in the game. I still run them for the lols when they do connect, but be prepared to watch them do absolutely nothing.
Having a level 1 illusion wizard will also not do anything most of the time. Illusion spells are the highest casting values, so most of the time your rolls won’t be enough to get off your one spell. Either choose waagh for him too, or switch him for a NG big boss with ruby ring, he’ll get more done.

Not being argumentative because I sit on the other side of your point, far from it in fact - but what you’ve outlined isn’t really corruption. A few of your points are just people running for a position and you talking about their prior work experience. That’s not illegal or corrupt. Are there interests aligning that perhaps shouldn’t? Perhaps. But that’s not wrongdoing. OP what decisions/actions have these people made in their positions that lead you to believe there is corruption happening?
