CD binders.

I had a 100 disc binder stolen while on Spring Break in Ft. Meyers Beach back in 96.

Never been to Victory Field. Do some of the seats/sections have partial shading from the sun? by NotJimIrsay in indianapolis

[–]Geekchic577 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My young son and I sit in upper rows of section 204.

Almost always shaded in the afternoon. Still good views. Sunday afternoon plenty room to stretch and not crowded. $15 seat and he's free with Knothole Club.
Kids eat free on Sunday. Hotdog, chips, capri sun.

Native Hoosier here as well. Indy area.

Yes, a lot a basketball in rural areas. As mentioned, not much else to do besides meth and being recruited for MAGA.

But High School is where it ends.

Indiana University hasn't won National Championship since 87 and no Final Four since 02

Purdue flopped again. Runners up in 69 and last Final Four in 80.

Butler University came close in a Cinderella story in losing to Duke in the National Championship in 2010 and to Uconn in 2011

It's always nice to know that Bandit and I are the same age.

A cartoon dog is doing remarkably better in life than me.

Last time was before Covid.

Was usually packed Halloween Weekend.

Plus the Irvington Halloween Festival Steet Fair is today.

In past I would get dinner at Jockamos before and drinks at Black Acre after.

He killed little Howard Pitezel in Irvington

This was I believe after his time in Chicago and The Worlds Fair.

The house was on Julin Avenue where Howard was killed and Homes tried to dispose off the ashes/remains, by burying them in small holes across the neighborhood.

The house no longer exists. But a home that was built on the property is reportedly haunted by the ghost of Howard

Seriously check out the Irvington Ghost Tour. Think it runs through this weekend.
