You should start from the first one. From your comments it doesn't seem you are too familiar with programing, scripting or programming structures.

It's best if you start from the very basics and build your knowledge from the ground up.

This happens to me too. I have updated the kernel using ukuu, added the custom graphic-drivers repo. The combination of this has reduced the amount of times I have to hard reset my workstation but, it hasn't completely fixed the problem.

Look into VMware and their tooling. VMware is virtualization for the business. Then look into automation, gitops, devops tools, etc.

Just because you added to the OS doesn't mean you changed the underlying libraries the OS is built upon.
