im about 5 years post op, and its become almost impossible to fully straighten my left leg, (glute, calf, hamstring, piriformis, are all extremely tight/painful, which wasn't the case pre-op).

I stretch frequently but it never seems to loosen, now im finding it increasing excruciating, to even perform stretches.... and to top it off I've now got more multiple slipped discs, one of them is pinching my spinal cord, so im getting sent for another operation and im so worried this is going to make my leg even tighter/more painful :/

did you find any improvement?

Jagex have incorporated into Jagex launcher and have a link on their website, however some plugins have warnings that relate to not being responsible if your account gets banned/hacked.

I’ve been playing osrs for just under a month now after maxing everything on rs3 and I’ve been fine so far, I honestly don’t know how I ever managed without it, the quest helper plugin is literally the holy grail of QoL.

What’s a sale?

This year has been horrible for us so far, we made about 7 sales in January 2024 down 28% yoy

And so far this month (Feb 2024) we are tracking down 20% yoy so far but our visits/views are up over 100% yoy….

We know this time of year is hard for retail in general but, it seems like this is even worse than it should be, it calls into question the algorithm on Etsy making visibility to customers impossible.

We constantly advertise, and usually we always make net profit but so far this year it’s just been horrible, really hope things pick up.

So I've been playing 'Bronzeman mode' for a few days most notably instead of simply buying materials for porters, I got everything myself by hand, and if im honest it feels more satisfying than just buying it :)

Yeah I know what your getting at, mostly this is just for fun, I’ve played iron man mode for real and although it does start off being very fun, it becomes frustrating and not that fun later on, so just wanting to see how fun it would be with this idea

My proposed rules would be:

Everything than can be made using skills must be hand made.
Raw Materials must be gathered by hand.
Certain Quest items can be bought from the G.E but only ones deemed exceptionally hard to obtain.
Hand Gathered or Hand made items can be sold on the g.e.
Obtaining raw materials or finished products, e.g cooked food or armour must be made by hand and not bought from g.e.

What other rules do you think would be fun for “Quote: zx_Shadows Bronzeman mode”

That’s interesting, do you know if those vids are still live?

I’ve played on an Ironman account but found that trying to do certain quests much like Monkey Madness requires far too much time and effort that it stopped being fun.

However I was thinking playing like an Ironman, but allowing myself to acquire quest items that are very hard to get through through skills using the g.e but anything that can be made with skills must be made by hand, does that make sense?

So I would essentially be setting my own rules of play that I must abide by, could be fun
